Supervised ART (Tele-ART) is available at $12.00 (inclusive of GST), as approved by Ministry of Health (MOH).
Get tested through video consultation at the comfort of your own home via Minmed Connect by supervised self swabbing. Supervised ART (Tele-ART) is approved for Pre Departure Test (for suitable destination country) and Pre Event Testing.
Receive your notarized Antigen Rapid Test (ART) certificate if your Antigen Rapid Test (ART) result is negative.

Connecting to Supervised ART Supervisor
During Supervised ART Appointment
1. Verify Identity and ART Swab Test Kit
Prepare your identification (IC or Passport) and 2 x ART test kits. Ensure that both ART test kits are HSA Approved and unopened.
Fill up the declaration form for the Patient Risk Profile Portal
Present ART batch/LOT number on unopened test kit on camera to Swab Supervisor.
2. Be Guided by Swab Supervisor
Follow instructions from Swab Supervisor whilst ensuring that ART test kit is always visible on camera.
3. Wait 15 minutes for results
ART test kit should always be visible on camera during 15 minutes wait.
4. Confirm ART results with Swab Supervisor
Present your ART results on camera to Swab Supervisor.
In event of invalid test results, please repeat above #1 to #3 with second ART kit.
5. Upload ART test results
Take photo of ART test kit packaging showing ART batch/LOT number with used ART test kit.
Upload into Minmed Connect to Swab Supervisor whilst still in call.
