Are there any specific requirements or documents to bring for the Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) Medical Check Up?

You will need to bring the following documents with you on the day of the check-up:

  • FIN card or In-Principle Approval Form
  • Medical Form
  • Our clinic payment methods: NETS, VISA/MASTER Card, GrabPay, SGQR
