I have been vaccinated in Singapore. Do i still require a COVID-19 PCR Swab Test to leave the country?

Depending on the authorities of the destination country/region, you may still be required to take a COVID-19 PCR Swab Test before departure/on arrival. Do check the entry requirements for the destination country/region.
