Is the online course and training module difficult?

The online course is designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge so that we can serve the participants better. It is important that we know the key essentials of the service and the vaccine that is given. As a professional service, we need to be confident of the process and protocols, as well as to know when we need to escalate enquiries or situations to seniors/ nurses/ doctors on the ground quickly.

The course has been made easy to understand. There will be multiple choice questions for you to review your learning. You will have to complete the online course and training module before you can be cleared to apply for sessions to work.

There will also be on the job training as you begin work with us.
