What information or documents must I provide for my wedding Antigen Rapid Test (ART)?

You will need to provide a copy of the floor plan of the wedding venue to facilitate application to Ministry of Health (MOH). You will also need to provide the expected attendance as well as the time of your reception/ dinner.
