What is the family/ dependant feature?

We understand that there may be occasions where you may wish to seek Teleconsult for members of your family. As such, you can add your child or elderly dependant under the family group setting.

You will be required to furnish the bio data as well as identity documentation to support verification. With this feature, your child or dependant does not need to download the app and set-up a unique account separately.
